Exchange / Return & Refund policy
If you love it, but you want a different size or color, or design - you can exchange your original merchandise (product) with a new one! We offer one FREE exchange to our customers in India.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product whatever the reason is. You can return even after 1st wash in case found any manufacturing defect. We offer NO-HASSLE GUARANTEED 48 HOURS CASH REFUND POLICY for every eligible return of merchandise.
Merchandise shipped outside of India, are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
● Notify us within 14 days (two weeks) of receiving the order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or filling the contact us form selecting a relevant subject
● Once we receive your email, and if this is a return case within India, we will arrange the FREE return pick up. Once the packet is received back to our warehouse in India, the product will be sent for QC (quality check) which may take 2 days and if we find that the returned merchandise is eligible for refund then your money will be refunded within 48 hours.
● In case of an exchange request, we will again arrange FREE pick up and once we receive the original merchandise, we will send it for QC. If we find that the returned merchandise is eligible for exchange, we will contact you back asking for your new merchandise. And accordingly we will send you a link to purchase your new merchandise.
● The exchange is subject to availability of the new item. In case the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of the same or higher value or request us for a store credit.
We may refuse your refund / exchange request if receive :
1. Merchandise with tags and labels removed.
2. Merchandise that have lotion or body glitter on them.
3. Merchandise that is soiled or stained.
4. Merchandise that has human & animal/pet hair on them.
5. Merchandise that smell of cigarette smoke, body odour or perfume.
6. Merchandise not returned in original packaging.
- FINSBURY LONDON® cannot accept responsibility for merchandise sent by the buyer / customer without notifying us in advance through email. No refund / exchange / refund will be entertained in such cases.
- Exchange request can be entertained only ONCE against each purchase.
- FINSBURY LONDON® reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
- Once the return has been approved and found eligible, you will be refunded in full via the same method of payment used to make your purchase within 48 hours.
- Refund will be made deducting reverse shipping / postage charge (INR 175) and INR 90 for COD (only for post paid orders). On pre-paid orders, no COD charge will be applied and only reverse shipping charge will be deducted.
- Store credit (instead of cash refund) for COD order refund
- Merchandise sold under stock clearance sale are final sale only and they can not be returned or exchanged.
- We hold the rights to not accept any returns / exchanges / refund from customers who will abuse the above policy.
